This print is very unique, as it is an AP of the "Ligaments of the Elbow" plate from the Anatomy Series, produced in a grey and black palette, printed before Basquiat made the color values black and white and created the iconic series of 18 plates.
It is not signed by the artist but I have acquired a past letter of COA and a letter of provenance. Attached is an authentication document from Annina Nosei and a letter from the artist friend from whom I purchased the print, explaining how he received it from Basquiat in the late 1980's.
